Dr Amal Mersni received her PhD in Telecommunication Systems and Networks. Her research interests focus on various subjects within the field of telecommunications, such as Optimization, Routing, Traffic Engineering, Quality of Service (QoS), Cyber-resilience, Network Security, Fault Tolerance, Future Networks, Software-Defined Networking, and Cloud Computing. Dr. Mersni has contributed to more than 40 scientific publications. Additionally, Dr. Mersni holds several international and industrial certifications related to Networking and Cybersecurity. She is also a certified Cisco Instructor. Beyond her teaching and research, Dr. Mersni is active in the ACM-W organization, aiming to enhance the involvement and success of women in computing fields.

Dr. Aliaksandr Novikau

Dr. Aliaksandr Novikau

Dr. Aliaksandr Novikau is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations. He earned his PhD in Political Science from Northern Arizona University (USA) and an M.S. in Environmental Sciences and Policy from the same institution. His current research interests include environmental policy, energy security, and security studies. His works have been published in reputable journals such as Democratization, Media, War & Conflict, Journal of Contemporary European Studies, Central European Journal of International and Security Studies, Environmental Politics, Energy Research and Social Science, Renewable Energy, Public Understanding of Science, Energy Strategy Reviews, and Environmental Sociology, among others.

Dr. Özge Büyükdağlı

Dr. Özge Büyükdağlı

Dr. Özge Büyükdağlı is an Associate Professor at the International University of Sarajevo. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Yaşar University, Turkey, in 2018. Her research interests include mathematical modeling, optimization algorithms, and AI applications in engineering and production systems. She currently serves as Program Coordinator for both the Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering programs at IUS. In this role, she contributes to curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic planning while maintaining close ties with industry and research networks. She is also an active member of the IUS Sustainable Development Goals Committee, supporting efforts in responsible education and institutional sustainability.
